Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and make them feel welcome
- Inform guests of wait times with accuracy and monitor the wait list
- Maintain high standards of service, sanitation, and hospitality
- Collaborate closely with store management and team members to create a strong team concept
- Provide an exceptional and memorable dining experience by embodying CPK's High 5 principles
- Assist with seating guests efficiently and manage guest flow during busy periods
- Support the overall restaurant operations to ensure excellent guest satisfaction
