As a well-established restaurant, it emphasizes not only quality food and service but also a workplace culture that supports career building and employee development. Joining The Capital Grille means becoming part of a team dedicated to excellence in dining and guest satisfaction, where every employee plays a key role in creating memorable experiences for guests.
We are currently seeking enthusiastic and personable Hosts to join our team. This role is crucial in managing guest interactions with a warm smile and engaged hospitality, ensuring that each guest feels welcomed and valued from the moment they arrive. The Host’s responsibilities include engaging in friendly conversation when seating guests and introducing their servers, managing the restaurant waiting list during busy periods to accurately set expectations, and maintaining cleanliness of guest touch points to uphold health standards. This position requires someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment where customer service and teamwork are paramount.
The pay for this position varies by location, providing competitive compensation fitting the market. The Capital Grille offers exceptional benefits including anniversary pay, paid sick leave, and comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage. Employees also have access to multiple insurance options, wealth benefits, and flexible spending accounts to suit their individual needs. Other perks include dining and other retail discounts, as well as a matching 401(k) plan after one year of employment, provided the employee is 21 years or older, with eligibility requirements applying. This role is ideal for individuals looking to thrive in a quality-focused restaurant environment while developing their careers in hospitality.
