Job Requirements

  • Ability to provide warm, friendly, and engaging hospitality consistently
  • Strong communication skills
  • Basic organizational skills
  • Capability of multitasking in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
  • Must be at least 18 years old

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in customer service or hospitality roles is beneficial but not required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to remain calm and organized during busy periods

Job Duties

  • Set the stage for an exceptional dining experience with a warm and hospitable greeting
  • Engage in friendly conversation when seating guests and introducing their servers
  • Manage the restaurant waiting list during high volume and accurately set guest expectations
  • Sincerely thank guests as they leave and invite them to return
  • Ensure various guest touch points are regularly cleaned and sanitized
  • Maintain a welcoming and organized host station
  • Coordinate with serving and kitchen staff for efficient guest seating
