Job Requirements
- Ability to provide warm, friendly, and engaging hospitality consistently
- Strong communication skills
- Basic organizational skills
- Capability of multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
- Must be at least 18 years old
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality roles is beneficial but not required

- Ability to remain calm and organized during busy periods

- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Set the stage for an exceptional dining experience with a warm and hospitable greeting
- Engage in friendly conversation when seating guests and introducing their servers
- Manage the restaurant waiting list during high volume and accurately set guest expectations
- Sincerely thank guests as they leave and invite them to return
- Ensure various guest touch points are regularly cleaned and sanitized
- Maintain a welcoming and organized host station
- Coordinate with serving and kitchen staff for efficient guest seating
