The Scarlet currently seeks to hire a Greeter/Cashier to be the welcoming face of the hotel. In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for greeting guests warmly, assisting them with inquiries, and handling cashiering duties with accuracy and efficiency. The role is pivotal in creating positive first impressions, ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes, and upholding the hotel’s high standards of customer service and brand representation. Responsibilities include maintaining an organized and inviting lobby and cashier station, collaborating with other departments to enhance guest experiences, providing knowledgeable recommendations on local attractions and dining, and proactively addressing guest concerns.
