Job Duties
- Greet guests with a warm and friendly welcome
- manage the dining room waitlist efficiently
- update guests on seating status with a positive attitude
- ensure tables are cleaned and ready for the next guests
- coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to maintain smooth service flow
- support team members in busy periods
- uphold Cracker Barrel's standards for hospitality and guest experience
