Job Requirements

- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

- Manage the dining room flow by organizing the waitlist and seating guests efficiently
- Update guests about their wait times with a positive and friendly attitude
- Prepare tables promptly for incoming guests ensuring cleanliness and readiness
- Maintain a calm and composed demeanor during busy periods
- Collaborate closely with team members to maintain smooth operations
- Provide excellent customer service ensuring guests have memorable experiences
