Job Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age
Ability to frequently stand, walk, bend, squat, and reach above shoulder level
Ability to lift/carry up to 20 lbs
Basic knowledge of operating point-of-sale (POS) systems
Strong customer service skills
Good communication skills
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Ability to manage wait times and seating efficiently

Job Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years of age
Previous experience in a customer service or hosting role preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to use seating and POS software
Ability to maintain a friendly and approachable demeanor at all times
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

Welcome and connect with guests, making all guests feel comfortable and confident that you are there to personally take care of them
Estimate wait time for guests to be seated using the seating software
Text guests with the seating software or call out the name and number of the party when their table becomes available
Accommodate special seating requests for guests whenever possible
involve a manager for special seating requests
Seat guests based on their preference, and balance customer flow through each server section
Provide guests with a menu, and their server's name, and introduce the specialty drinks/dessert menu
