Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Ability to frequently stand, walk, bend, squat, and reach above shoulder level
  • Ability to lift/carry up to 20 lbs
  • Basic knowledge of operating point-of-sale (POS) systems
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to manage wait times and seating efficiently

Job Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Previous experience in a customer service or hosting role preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to use seating and POS software
  • Ability to maintain a friendly and approachable demeanor at all times
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Welcome and connect with guests, making all guests feel comfortable and confident that you are there to personally take care of them
  • Estimate wait time for guests to be seated using the seating software
  • Text guests with the seating software or call out the name and number of the party when their table becomes available
  • Accommodate special seating requests for guests whenever possible
  • involve a manager for special seating requests
  • Seat guests based on their preference, and balance customer flow through each server section
  • Provide guests with a menu, and their server's name, and introduce the specialty drinks/dessert menu
