Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly as they enter the restaurant
- Manage the waitlist efficiently to ensure smooth table turnovers
- Update guests with wait times and seating information with a friendly demeanor
- Prepare tables by ensuring cleanliness and readiness for the next group
- Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to maintain workflow
- Help create a welcoming and positive dining atmosphere
- Handle guest inquiries and concerns professionally and courteously
