Job Duties
- greet and welcome guests warmly as they arrive
- manage the waitlist efficiently and keep guests informed with a positive attitude
- ensure dining tables are cleaned and set up promptly for new guests
- coordinate seating arrangements to maintain smooth flow in the dining room
- assist in maintaining the overall cleanliness and organization of the host area
- handle guest inquiries and special requests with professionalism
- collaborate with team members to support excellent guest service
