Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and make them feel welcome
- Manage the dining room flow by coordinating the waitlist
- Update guests courteously with wait times and seating availability
- Ensure tables are clean and ready for incoming guests
- Maintain a calm and friendly demeanor during busy periods
- Collaborate with team members to provide excellent service
- Uphold Cracker Barrel’s standards of hospitality and customer care
