Job Requirements
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Capable of standing and walking for extended periods
- Strong customer service orientation
- Basic math and organizational skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Must comply with company policies and standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations
- Positive attitude and a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus but not required
Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and make them feel welcome
- Manage the dining room flow by coordinating the waitlist
- Update guests with a positive and friendly attitude
- Prepare tables to ensure readiness for the next guests
- Maintain composure during busy periods to ensure smooth operations
- Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent guest experiences
- Assist with other front-of-house tasks as needed
