Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and invite them into the restaurant
- Manage the waitlist efficiently to maintain smooth dining room flow
- Update guests on wait times with a friendly and approachable manner
- Ensure each table is cleaned and ready promptly for new guests
- Collaborate with the team to support a welcoming and organized environment
- Stay calm and composed during busy periods
- Demonstrate positive energy and excellent customer service skills
