Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old
- availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- dependable and punctual
- must pass background check and any applicable health screenings
- able to work in a fast-paced environment
- good communication skills
Job Qualifications

- excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- previous customer service experience is a plus but not required
- basic math skills for managing seating and waitlists
Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly as they arrive
- manage the waitlist efficiently
- update guests about their wait times with a positive demeanor
- ensure tables are clean and ready for incoming guests
- coordinate seating arrangements to optimize dining flow
- collaborate effectively with team members to maintain a smooth operation
- maintain a welcoming and organized dining environment
