Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to provide friendly and welcoming service to guests
- Capable of managing waitlists and seating arrangements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Ability to work as part of a team and maintain professionalism
- No prior restaurant experience required as training is provided
Job Qualifications

- Previous customer service experience preferred but not required

Job Duties
- Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor
- Manage the waitlist efficiently to optimize seating flow
- Provide guests with timely updates and assist with any seating inquiries
- Ensure dining tables are clean, set, and ready for new guests
- Coordinate with the restaurant team to maintain smooth operations
- Handle guest questions and special requests professionally
- Maintain a positive and friendly atmosphere in the host area
