Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and make them feel welcome
- Manage dining room flow by maintaining the waitlist efficiently
- Provide guests with updates in a friendly and positive manner
- Ensure tables are cleaned and prepared promptly for incoming guests
- Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth operations during busy periods
- Uphold Cracker Barrel's standards of hospitality and customer service
- Support overall restaurant cleanliness and organization as needed
