We are currently hiring for the position of Host/Hostess, a vital role within our restaurant teams. This position offers both full-time and part-time employment opportunities, with immediate hiring available for motivated candidates. The hourly pay rate starts at $15.00 plus cash tips, offering a competitive wage in addition to gratuities earned from excellent guest service. The Host/Hostess role is often the first point of contact for our guests, making it essential in setting a positive tone for their dining experience. Successful Hosts and Hostesses are friendly professionals who make guests feel welcome from the moment they enter the restaurant. They are skilled in creating a home-like atmosphere with warm, sincere smiles and respect for all customers. Beyond greeting and seating guests, they provide information about the restaurant and airport amenities, answer guest inquiries thoughtfully, and contribute to a smooth and efficient operation by managing table rotations and assisting with special accommodations.

Responsibilities include greeting every guest courteously, escorting them to their assigned tables, ensuring that the dining room flows seamlessly, and accommodating guests with children or special needs. Hosts/Hostesses present menus, suggest dining options, and communicate guest requirements or concerns to servers and management proactively. Additionally, they are responsible for clearing and resetting tables or counters throughout the service to maintain a clean and inviting environment. Ensuring complete guest satisfaction by addressing needs promptly and thanking guests upon departure highlights their role in fostering repeat business and positive word-of-mouth.
