The role of Host at Waterman Grille is a critical frontline position responsible for welcoming guests, coordinating seating arrangements, and ensuring smooth, courteous service throughout the dining experience. As a Host, you will be the first point of contact for guests visiting the restaurant, setting the tone of hospitality and creating an inviting atmosphere. This position requires a friendly, outgoing personality combined with strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage reservations effectively, seat guests efficiently, and relay any special requests or needs to service staff and management seamlessly. The Host works in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and must be capable of standing for extended periods and physically managing the demands of the workplace, including lifting and moving items weighing between 25 and 50 pounds.

This part-time or full-time position offers competitive wages ranging from $16 to $18 per hour, with flexibility needed for shifts during days, nights, weekends, and select holidays.
