Job Requirements

must be eligible to work in the United States

ability to stand for extended periods
possess basic math skills for cash handling

Job Qualifications

high school diploma or equivalent
experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred
knowledge of food and beverage service standards
strong communication and interpersonal skills
ability to handle cash and operate point of sale systems
ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
team player with cooperative attitude
availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

assist in the training and development of new team members
cooperate, communicate, and work as part of a team
accept and facilitate To-Go orders via phone or online ordering and ensure timely execution
handle cash and credit card transactions during shifts
ensure reservations, telephone, waiting list, and take out procedures are followed
maintain a professional image and proper uniform standards
monitor responsible selling and service of alcohol according to regulations and training
provide frequent guest contact and maintain high visibility in the dining room
attend to guests promptly and address negative experiences by involving management
maintain smooth and even flow of the dining room
sincerely thank every guest for their patronage
maintain a high level of food and beverage knowledge
ensure all menu items follow standard recipes and methods for consistency
stay informed and assist with promotions
adhere to health and safety cleanliness standards
implement proper food safety practices
follow cleaning schedules and checklists
perform other duties as required
