Job Qualifications

- availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- assist in the training and development of new team members
- cooperate, communicate, and work as part of a team
- accept and facilitate To-Go orders via phone or online ordering and ensure timely execution
- handle cash and credit card transactions during shifts
- ensure reservations, telephone, waiting list, and take out procedures are followed
- maintain a professional image and proper uniform standards
- monitor responsible selling and service of alcohol according to regulations and training
- provide frequent guest contact and maintain high visibility in the dining room
- attend to guests promptly and address negative experiences by involving management
- maintain smooth and even flow of the dining room
- sincerely thank every guest for their patronage
- maintain a high level of food and beverage knowledge
- ensure all menu items follow standard recipes and methods for consistency
- stay informed and assist with promotions
- adhere to health and safety cleanliness standards
- implement proper food safety practices
- follow cleaning schedules and checklists
- perform other duties as required
