Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and make them feel welcome
- Inform guests of wait times and manage the wait list accurately
- Maintain the highest standards of service, sanitation, and hospitality
- Work closely with store management and team members to foster a team environment
- Deliver exceptional customer service by living out the CPK High 5 values
- Assist with seating guests efficiently to optimize dining room flow
- Support overall restaurant operations as needed
