Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in customer service or hosting preferred but not required
- ability to stand for extended periods
- excellent communication skills
- availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- friendly and approachable demeanor
- ability to handle stressful situations calmly
