The role also involves setting and clearing tables neatly and efficiently following P.F. Chang’s specific standards. Hosts and hostesses are also trained in the curbside pickup process and takeout expectations, offering support to guests opting for these services.

Job Duties

  • Interact courteously with guests (answer phones, greet guests, seat guests, make reservations, take food orders)
  • uphold high safety and sanitation standards by completing sanitation practices at front door, host desk, lobby area and crowd control
  • learn restaurant seating layout, how tables are divided into server areas, and how to deliver food
