The Capital Grille seeks to hire a Host, a vital role responsible for setting the tone of the customer experience from the moment guests enter the restaurant. The Host warmly welcomes guests with a smile and engages in friendly conversation as they are seated and introduced to their server. During busy periods, the Host manages the waiting list, accurately communicating wait times and setting realistic guest expectations to ensure satisfaction. The Host also plays a key role in maintaining cleanliness throughout the dining area, regularly sanitizing guest touch points to uphold the restaurant's high standards of hygiene and safety.

Job Requirements
