Job Duties
- Greet guests and seat them promptly and courteously
- Develop and maintain professional working relationships with employees and guests
- Rotate station seating to ensure quality guest service
- Handle guest complaints and inquire about dining experience
- Answer telephone, take messages, and complete To Go orders
- Maintain waiting list as necessary
- Check restrooms hourly for cleanliness and stock levels
