Job Requirements
- ability to take direction and work in a team environment
- ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure
- commitment to quality service and understanding of food and beverage knowledge
- knowledge of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures
- ability to independently lift up to 15 lbs
- ability to stand, walk, and climb stairs with food items for extended periods
- ability to walk or stand for 8-10 hours per day
- good hand-eye coordination
- ability to reach, bend, twist, stoop, push, pull, and lift overhead
- must be able to climb stairs in multi-level restaurants
