Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- ability to communicate clearly

- ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Job Qualifications

- prior experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred

- basic knowledge of food and beverage is a plus
Job Duties
- greet guests with genuine hospitality and professionalism
- accurately quote wait times to guests
- seat guests in a clean and sanitary environment
- accommodate guest needs and special requests
- maintain the cleanliness and organization of the host station and waiting area
- communicate effectively with front of house and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
- assist with managing reservations and guest flow during peak hours
