As a Host at Red Lobster, you will be the friendly face greeting customers as they enter the restaurant, setting the tone for an exceptional dining experience. Your role is pivotal in making guests feel welcomed, comfortable, and cared for from the moment they arrive until their departure. You'll be responsible for accurately managing wait times, reservations, and ensuring that guests receive personalized and special experiences. Escorting guests to their tables seamlessly while maintaining a warm and pleasant demeanor is key. Physical requirements of the Host position include being able to bend, reach, stoop, and lift up to 30 pounds safely. This role requires mobility throughout the restaurant and the ability to be on your feet for shifts ranging from eight to twelve hours. Teamwork, attention to detail, and effective multitasking are essential qualities that help the host thrive in this fast-paced environment.
