The Front Desk/Host position at Cattlemens is a vital role in the guest experience, serving as the first and last point of contact for patrons. Hosts and Hostesses at Cattlemens do much more than manage seating; they are the heartbeat of hospitality, setting the tone for a memorable dining experience. This role requires delivering warm, professional greetings, efficiently managing seating arrangements to minimize wait times, and maintaining an organized host stand with accurate guest lists using reservation tools.
