Job Duties
- Provide a warm, friendly, and professional welcome to every guest who walks through our doors
- Manage seating efficiently to ensure smooth flow and minimal wait times
- Maintain an organized host stand and accurate waitlist using reservation tools
- Serve as the information center for the restaurant—answering questions and assisting guests with a positive attitude
- Communicate effectively with servers and management to optimize guest satisfaction
- Deliver a lasting positive impression by thanking guests and inviting them back
