Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to stand for extended periods
- willingness to follow health and safety guidelines
- basic proficiency in managing waitlists or reservation systems
- ability to provide excellent guest service under pressure
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor
- engage guests in conversation when seating and introducing servers
- manage the restaurant waiting list during high volume periods
- accurately set guest expectations regarding wait times
- sincerely thank guests upon departure and invite them to return
- ensure regular cleaning and sanitization of guest touch points
- coordinate seating arrangements to optimize guest flow and dining room efficiency
