This role also includes handling special seating requests, assisting with customer inquiries over the phone, and supporting the team with back-up coverage when needed. Side work such as checking restroom cleanliness and maintaining supplies at the host stand are also key responsibilities. The position requires someone who is personable, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Experience in restaurant hosting or hospitality is required, along with a high school diploma or GED preferred. Employment eligibility in the United States is mandatory.
