Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Flexibility to work part-time hours including weekends and holidays
- Must be punctual and reliable
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Experience in a foodservice or hospitality role preferred but not required
- Friendly and approachable demeanor
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of reservation systems or similar tools is a plus
Job Duties
- Greeting guests and seating them at appropriate tables
- Taking reservations and noting any special needs or requests from guests
- Managing the flow of guests to ensure smooth dining operations
- Assisting in organizing seating arrangements and table assignments
- Performing additional tasks as needed to support dining and event services
- Providing exceptional customer service to enhance guest satisfaction
- Collaborating with team members to maintain a welcoming environment
