Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- basic knowledge of restaurant operations
- ability to stand for extended periods
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

- engage guests in friendly conversation and introduce them to their servers
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation of guest touch points
- sincerely thank guests as they leave and invite them to return
- assist in coordinating seating arrangements to optimize table turnover
- adhere to company policies and standards in hospitality
