Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Friendly and engaging personality
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Legal authorization to work in the country

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks during busy periods

Job Duties

  • Greet and seat guests with a warm and friendly demeanor
  • Manage the restaurant’s waiting list during peak hours
  • Engage guests in polite conversation and introduce them to servers
  • Maintain clean and sanitary conditions at guest touch points
  • Accurately set guest expectations regarding wait times
  • Thank guests sincerely upon departure and invite them to return
  • Coordinate with servers and other staff to optimize seating and flow
