Hosts are responsible for greeting guests warmly, managing seating arrangements, and accommodating special requests to ensure customer satisfaction. Beyond greeting and seating guests, the role also involves handling To-Go orders, including taking orders over the phone and in person, processing transactions accurately through the Point of Sale system, packaging meals efficiently, and ensuring timely delivery of orders.
