We are currently seeking enthusiastic and friendly individuals to join our team as Hosts. As a Host at Outback Steakhouse, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and play a crucial role in setting the tone for an outstanding dining experience. This full-time or part-time position requires a genuine passion for hospitality and the ability to create a welcoming environment for incoming guests. The primary focus of the Host role is to exceed guests' expectations by delivering prompt, attentive, and personalized service that reflects Outback’s hospitality standards.

In this role, Hosts are responsible for greeting guests with warmth and sincerity, managing waiting lists efficiently, and seating guests in both the dining and bar areas to ensure a smooth flow of the dining room. A successful Host at Outback Steakhouse embodies enthusiasm, a sense of urgency, and excellent communication skills to coordinate with service staff and maintain an inviting lobby experience. Beyond just managing operations, the Host contributes significantly to creating memorable first and last impressions that define the Outback dining experience.

Job Requirements
