Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in a customer-facing role preferred
- exceptional communication skills
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- basic knowledge of reservation systems
- ability to multitask and handle busy environments
- friendly and professional demeanor

Job Duties
- Greet guests as they enter and depart
- manage reservations
- provide guests with menus and answer initial questions
- inform guests of current promotions and servers
- manage the flow of guests to dining and bar areas
- provide accurate wait times
- tend to special guest needs and requests
- answer phone calls and take reservations
- support other restaurant positions as needed
