We are currently hiring Hosts to join our dynamic team of hospitality professionals. This role is essential to representing the Paul Martin's American Grill brand and ensuring that every guest receives an extraordinary dining experience from the moment they step through the door. As a Host, you will be the first point of contact for guests, responsible for managing reservations, greeting and seating guests efficiently, and providing assistance with any questions or special requests. The ideal candidate will have at least 1-2 years of experience in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant or customer service environment, strong communication skills, and a positive, energetic attitude. Your ability to handle phone inquiries with excellent etiquette and maintain a welcoming atmosphere will contribute to an inviting dining experience that encourages repeat visits.
In this role, offering reliability, self-motivation, and a commitment to gold-star guest service is key to your success and the success of the restaurant. Holding a current food handler's card for your state is also required to comply with health regulations and ensure safe service. Flexibility in your work schedule and willingness to participate in the training timeline are critical components for integrating effectively with our team. Experience with OpenTable or similar reservation management systems is a plus, helping to streamline seating and enhance guest satisfaction.

Job Requirements
- passion and strong commitment to hospitality
- minimum 1-2 years experience in a high volume fast paced restaurant or customer service position
- possess a positive energetic can do attitude and spirit
- excellent phone etiquette and guest service skills
- able to effectively communicate with team members and guests
- hold a current food handlers card in the state applying
- have a flexible work schedule and meet training schedule timeline
- OpenTable experience is a plus
