Job Requirements

  • passion and strong commitment to hospitality
  • minimum 1-2 years experience in a high volume fast paced restaurant or customer service position
  • possess a positive energetic can do attitude and spirit
  • excellent phone etiquette and guest service skills
  • able to effectively communicate with team members and guests
  • hold a current food handlers card in the state applying
  • have a flexible work schedule and meet training schedule timeline
  • OpenTable experience is a plus

Job Duties

  • greet and seat guests promptly and courteously
  • manage reservations effectively including using OpenTable when applicable
  • maintain a clean and organized host station
  • handle guest inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
  • coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to manage seating flow
  • assist with reservations and waitlist management
  • uphold high standards of hospitality and professionalism
