Job Requirements
- Must be at least sixteen years of age
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Comfortable standing and moving for periods up to eight hours
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic familiarity with Point of Sale systems preferred
- Ability to handle phone inquiries professionally
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least sixteen years of age
- No experience necessary but restaurant experience is a plus
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Greet all guests with a warm welcome upon arrival
- Seat guests and accommodate special requests
- Manage the wait list by recording guest names and party size, providing estimated waiting times
- Provide an exceptional To-Go experience including taking phone and walk-in orders, ringing orders in the POS system, packaging items, cashing out guests, and ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Answer phones and manage the reservation system
- Inspect tables for proper presentation and completeness
- Thank guests as they leave and invite them to return
