Job Requirements

  • Have a passion and strong commitment to hospitality
  • Have minimum 1-2 years experience in a high volume, fast-paced restaurant or customer service position
  • Possess a positive, energetic, can-do attitude and spirit
  • Have excellent phone etiquette and guest service skills
  • Be able to effectively communicate with team members and guests
  • Hold a current food handlers card in the state you are applying
  • Have a flexible work schedule and be able to meet our training schedule timeline
  • OpenTable experience is a plus

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 1-2 years experience in a high volume, fast-paced restaurant or customer service position
  • Possess excellent phone etiquette and guest service skills
  • Strong commitment to hospitality
  • Effective communication skills with team members and guests
  • Current food handlers card valid in the state of employment
  • Positive and energetic attitude with a can-do spirit
  • Previous experience with OpenTable software is a plus

Job Duties

  • Greet guests promptly and warmly upon arrival
  • Manage guest reservations and seating arrangements efficiently
  • Provide accurate wait time estimates and communicate with guests accordingly
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the host stand and entrance area
  • Assist in managing customer flow during busy periods
  • Answer phone calls professionally and handle guest inquiries or requests
  • Collaborate with the restaurant team to ensure smooth service operations
