Job Requirements

  • Have a passion and strong commitment to hospitality
  • Hold minimum 1-2 years experience in a high volume, fast-paced restaurant or customer service role
  • Possess a positive, energetic, and can-do attitude
  • Have excellent phone etiquette and guest service skills
  • Be able to communicate effectively with team members and guests
  • Hold a current food handlers card in the state you are applying
  • Have a flexible work schedule and be able to meet training schedule timeline
  • OpenTable experience is a plus

Job Duties

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival
  • Manage guest reservations and waitlists efficiently
  • Escort guests to their tables and ensure seating arrangements meet guest preferences
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen and service staff to coordinate seating and service flow
  • Maintain a clean and organized host station and entrance area
  • Handle guest inquiries and phone calls with professionalism
  • Assist with opening and closing duties as needed
