Job Requirements
- must be 17 or older
- ability to greet and interact with guests politely and professionally
- basic math skills for managing wait lists and seating
- comfortable standing for extended periods
- capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- must be at least 17 years old
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- previous experience in customer service preferred but not required
- ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

- flexible availability to work various shifts including nights and weekends
Job Duties
- greet guests with a friendly and welcoming demeanor
- escort guests to their tables efficiently
- manage reservations and wait lists as required
- provide excellent customer service as part of the front of house team
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station
- coordinate seating to optimize guest flow
- assist in addressing guest inquiries and concerns promptly
