Job Requirements

  • previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
  • ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • must be at least 18 years old

Job Duties

  • Greet and seat guests with a warm and friendly demeanor
  • manage the restaurant's waiting list accurately during high volume periods
  • engage in friendly conversation while introducing guests to their servers
  • regularly clean and sanitize guest touchpoints
  • sincerely thank guests upon departure and invite them to return
  • assist with maintaining a clean and organized host station
  • communicate effectively with the restaurant team to ensure smooth operations
