We are currently looking for enthusiastic and friendly Hosts to join the Red Lobster family. This role is vital as the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for an exceptional dining experience. Hosts are responsible for welcoming guests warmly, accurately quoting wait times, managing reservations, and ensuring that every guest feels catered to throughout their visit. Additionally, the Host escorts guests to their tables and offers a seamless, welcoming experience from arrival to departure. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a strong focus on guest satisfaction and teamwork. Hosts must be able to work flexible schedules and be comfortable standing or moving for extended periods during shifts.
