Job Requirements
- Ability to take direction and work in a team environment
- Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure
- Commitment to quality service and knowledge of food and beverage
- Knowledge of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures
- Basic English language and professional communication skills
- Ability to stand, walk, and climb stairs for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds independently
- Good hand-eye coordination
- Ability to reach, bend, twist, stoop, push, pull, and lift overhead
- Must be able to walk or stand for 8-10 hours per day
- Ability to climb stairs in multi-level restaurant locations
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred
- Strong communication skills in English
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices

Job Duties
- Welcome guests warmly and introduce them to Nando's unique service style
- Manage the flow of the dining room to ensure efficient seating and guest satisfaction
- Recognize and engage with regular and first-time guests to enhance their dining experience
- Maintain poise under pressure, providing friendly and confident service at all times
- Explain menu options and answer guest questions knowledgeably
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
- Uphold safety, sanitation, and food handling standards as per company guidelines
