Job Duties

  • Interact courteously with guests including answering phones, greeting guests, seating guests, making reservations, taking food orders
  • Uphold high safety and sanitation standards by completing sanitation practices at the front door, host desk, lobby area and managing crowd control
  • Learn restaurant seating layout, including how tables are divided into server areas and how to deliver food
  • Set and clear tables neatly and efficiently according to P.F. Chang's standards
  • Learn and execute curbside process and takeout expectations
  • Conduct side-work as required for each shift
