With over 70,000 team members across the nation, Cracker Barrel prides itself on creating an environment where guests feel welcome and valued. The brand's distinctive country store and restaurant setting evoke a sense of home, friendliness, and tradition that resonates deeply with patrons. At Cracker Barrel, the mission is not just about serving delicious meals but also about fostering connections, creating memorable moments, and promoting a culture of belonging and community among its customers and employees.

The company is currently looking to hire motivated and personable Hosts to join their team. As a Host at Cracker Barrel, your primary role will be to greet guests and ensure their dining experience begins on a positive note with a warm and friendly welcome. This fast-paced role requires someone who can stay calm and collected while maintaining an upbeat and approachable demeanor. Cracker Barrel values individuals who thrive in collaborative environments and possess excellent interpersonal skills to set the right tone for a memorable dining experience.

No prior restaurant experience is required, as comprehensive training will be provided through Cracker Barrel's exceptional PAR training program, starting on day one. The company believes in investing in its employees by providing ongoing development and growth opportunities to help team members build rewarding careers. Benefits include competitive pay with weekly and same-day pay access, health insurance eligibility from the first day of work for both full-time and part-time employees, paid vacation time, an employee assistance program, 401(k) plans with company matching contributions, and access to an Employee Stock Purchase Program. In addition, employees enjoy exclusive discounts on Cracker Barrel food and retail products and unique perks related to travel, technology, and more.

Working at Cracker Barrel means being part of a team that values respect, collaboration, and diversity. The company promotes an inclusive culture where every employee is supported from their first day, receiving thorough onboarding, training, and recognition programs to help them succeed and feel appreciated. If you are someone who enjoys engaging with people, thrives in a team environment, and wants to be a part of a company with strong roots and a clear commitment to employee wellbeing, then Cracker Barrel offers a fulfilling and supportive place to grow your career. Join the team where you're not just an employee but a valued member of a close-knit family that takes pride in making every guest feel at home and every moment special.
