Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Assist in training and development of new team members
- Cooperate, communicate, and collaborate as part of a team
- Accept and facilitate To-Go orders via Phone or Online Ordering
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
- Follow all reservations, telephone, waiting list, and take out procedures
- Maintain professional image and proper uniform standards
- Monitor responsible selling and service of alcohol
- Frequent guest contact and high visibility in the dining room
- Ensure all guests are attended to according to Boston's high standards
- Involve a manager promptly when a negative guest experience arises
- Maintain smooth and even flow of the dining room
- Thank every guest sincerely for their patronage
- Maintain a high level of food and beverage knowledge
- Ensure menu items are prepared to Boston's standards
- Use standard recipes and methods consistently
- Help implement ongoing and upcoming promotions
- Adhere to cleanliness standards inside and outside the restaurant
- Ensure food safety through proper practices
- Follow cleaning schedules and checklists for a safe environment
