Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Flexible schedule to accommodate evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Willingness to work on-site in Concord, MA
Job Qualifications
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Experience in food and beverage service or knowledge of restaurant operations

Job Duties
- Greet and seat guests promptly and courteously
