Job Requirements

- prior experience in a customer-facing role preferred

- knowledge of restaurant reservation systems is a plus
Job Duties
- Be attentive to the entrance and aware of guests entering and exiting the building
- offer greetings to guests upon entering and exiting the space
- view guest books before arrival and create guest profiles to enhance their experience
- liaise with supervisor to plot reservations and create seating plans
- escort guests to their tables and communicate reservation notes to team members
- present menus and answer questions about menu items making recommendations
- ensure the atmosphere is warm and inviting and work areas are clean and organized
