Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role preferred
  • Ability to stand for entire shift
  • Minimal lifting capability
  • Effective communication skills
  • Familiarity with basic food safety principles
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
  • Ability to handle fast-paced environment

  • Flexible availability in scheduling possibly including nights, weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Must learn and be knowledgeable of reservation software
  • Greet every guest with a smile and genuine enthusiasm
  • Strategize guest seating based on server workload and keep track of table status
  • Must learn and be knowledgeable of food and beverage offerings
  • When needed, reset tables correctly with polished glassware, cutlery, and linen
  • Minimal food handling of cookies and to-go pastry items
  • Must adhere to sanitation, safety and alcohol beverage control policy and regulations
  • Various light cleaning tasks and side work
  • Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
  • Communicate clearly with guests and other staff members
  • Perform up to company standards, expectations, and policies
  • Must always be pressed and tailored and follow company dress code policy
  • Perform other duties as assigned
