Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role preferred
- Ability to stand for entire shift
- Minimal lifting capability
- Effective communication skills
- Familiarity with basic food safety principles
- Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
- Ability to handle fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Must learn and be knowledgeable of reservation software
- Greet every guest with a smile and genuine enthusiasm
- Strategize guest seating based on server workload and keep track of table status
- Must learn and be knowledgeable of food and beverage offerings
- When needed, reset tables correctly with polished glassware, cutlery, and linen
- Minimal food handling of cookies and to-go pastry items
- Must adhere to sanitation, safety and alcohol beverage control policy and regulations
- Various light cleaning tasks and side work
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
- Communicate clearly with guests and other staff members
- Perform up to company standards, expectations, and policies
- Must always be pressed and tailored and follow company dress code policy
- Perform other duties as assigned
