Job Requirements
- Be at least 17 years old
- ability to communicate effectively with others
- commitment to providing excellent guest service
- physical ability to stand and move for up to four hours
- ability to lift up to 25 pounds safely
- willingness to wear protective hand coverings and face masks throughout shift
- ability to use disinfectant cleaning supplies as required
- legal authorization to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- Minimum age of 17 years
- effective communication skills
- ability to work well in a team environment
- strong customer service orientation
- ability to handle physical demands such as lifting and standing for extended periods
- prior restaurant or customer service experience preferred but not required
Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly at the door with a smile
- assist servers in providing exceptional guest service
- maintain overall guest flow within the restaurant
- transport plates, glasses, and baskets between dining room, service bar, and kitchen
- communicate effectively with dining room staff and employees
- follow health and safety protocols including wearing protective gear and frequent hand washing
- support a clean and organized work environment
