- Ability to stand for extended periods and manage a fast-paced environment

- Knowledge of local dining trends and menu items
Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, providing a positive first impression
- Manage the reservation system and walk-in guest seating to optimize table availability
- Communicate effectively with servers and kitchen staff to coordinate seating and service flow
- Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and resolve any issues or complaints professionally
- Maintain an organized and clean host station and waiting area
