As a Host at Anthony's, you will hold a vital front-of-house position, serving as the first point of contact for guests as they enter the restaurant. This role is pivotal in creating a warm, welcoming, and positive first impression that sets the tone for guests' entire dining experience. Your responsibilities will include managing guest flow efficiently by organizing seating arrangements, optimizing table availability, and minimizing wait times while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor. Communication is key in this role — you will coordinate closely with servers, kitchen staff, and management to achieve smooth operations and happy guests.

To be successful, you will need excellent verbal communication skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and a knack for quickly resolving guest concerns with diplomacy and tact. Familiarity with reservation and seating management systems is necessary, and proficiency with point-of-sale systems and restaurant software is preferred.
